Founded in 1957 as Bombay Prakashan Pvt. Ltd., our journey began with a passion for knowledge and innovation.

In 1987, we ventured into technology with the launch of ASCII, offering computer science training. Within a decade, ASCII grew into a leader in software solutions, corporate training, soft skills development, and computer-based learning, and by 1996 became an independent company – ASCII Pvt. Ltd.

Growth continued with the creation of Udyam Impex Pvt. Ltd. in 1997, specializing in hardware and networking solutions.

Over the years, we expanded into educational technology with the launch of the Network Model and Teachers’ Training programs in 2004, followed by a suite of innovative products – Eureka (2004), Network Model (2008), Scholar (2017), Sentinel (2018), and School Aid (2019). Anticipating the transformative role of AI and robotics, we introduced these fields in schools through a pilot program in 2021. Building on its success, we launched RoboCraft in 2025, a dedicated platform for Robotics and AI training, empowering the next generation of learners.
